LONDON (Alliance News) - Inland Homes Thursday said Drayton Garden Village Limited, with which it has an option and development services agreement, has exchanged to sell 107 Drayton apartments to Paradigm Housing Association.
The land sale is part of a turnkey package including build costs to provide 107 completed units for the sum of GBP21 million.
Drayton has also exchanged contracts with Sainsbury's supermarket to enter into a 15-year lease to occupy a 4,000 square feet commercial unit for a Sainsbury's Local at a starting rent of GBP64,000 per annum.
Inland shares were trading at 41.40 pence Thursday afternoon, up 1.28 pence or 3.2%.
