LONDON (Alliance News) - Housebuilder Inland Homes PLC on Monday said it has decided to consolidate the results of Drayton Garden Village Ltd into its own full-year figures.
The company said in September that its full-year results would be delayed until it had decided whether to consolidate the Drayton Garden results. Inland sold 205 plots at Drayton in June to an unnamed "major housebuilder" for GBP19.0 million.
It said in September that its results would be published on or before Monday, but due to the time it will take to consolidate Drayton, its results have been delayed further.
Inland also reiterated that its pretax profit for the year to the end of June will be significantly ahead of the GBP12.7 million previous market forecast. It had said in September this would be the case whether Drayton was included or not.
Shares in Inland were down 4.1% to 72.07 pence on Monday morning.
