LONDON (Alliance News) - Housebuilder and land developer Inland Homes PLC on Monday said trading remains in line with its expectations after it completed new sales and signed new contracts in the first few months of its current financial year.
Inland said it has sold 244 plots across three sites since July 1 for a total of GBP21.5 million, along with GBP24.7 million from the sale of 74 homes on the private market.
The group has won a contract with Southampton City Council to be its development partner for the Chapel Riverside development in the south coast English city, while Inland also has secured planning permission for 95 residential units and 4,000 square feet of commercial space at The Vale in Acton in west London.
"The group is on track to deliver another significant set of results for the current financial year," said Chief Executive Stephen Wicks.
Inland shares were down 0.1% to 75.18 pence Monday.
