(Alliance News) - Inland Homes PLC on Thursday said it has submitted a detailed planning application for more than 500 homes at Hillingdon Gardens, a six-acre site in Freezeland Way, Hillingdon.
The AIM-listed housebuilder said the plans will help transform the former commercial site in North Hillingdon to create 514 homes, including 179 affordable homes and 1,250 square meters of commercial space. The proposed new homes will include a range of one, two and three-bedrooms apartments, Inland noted.
"Inland Homes has a strong record of securing planning permission and delivering complex brownfield sites and we look forward to achieving full planning permission," said Inland Chief Executive Stephen Wicks.
The stock closed 1.7% higher in London on Thursday at 78.60 pence a share.
