(Alliance News) - Inland Homes PLC has been granted planning permission at a GBP350 million development, it said on Monday.
The planning has been granted for Wilton Park in Beaconsfield, having passed judicial review. The project is now free from any legal challenge.
Inland Homes's development will see 350 homes be built as well as 1,730 square metres of commercial space. There will also be a new two-hectare park, an expanded nursery school, permanent sports pitches, and facilities for the youth teams of Beaconsfield Town Football Club.
The company will also complete the final section of the A355 relief road, it added.
Inland Homes, which is based in Beaconsfield, has appointed Adam Architecture to design the first two phases of the project, covering 146 homes.
Chief Executive Stephen Wicks said: "We are delighted the planning is now free from challenge and that these eminent architects have been appointed. The scheme will be traditional and spectacular, and we are excited about the prospect of creating a new landmark destination for Buckinghamshire.
"The scheme will deliver a wide range of benefits both for the existing local community and residents at the new Wilton Park, and first-rate architecture and design will be key to its success for generations to come."
Shares finished 0.6% higher in London on Monday at a price of 79.99 pence each.
