(Alliance News) - Inland Homes PLC on Friday said it has signed a UK government building safety contract.
The self-remediation pact with the Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities addresses life-critical fire safety issues on all buildings of 11 metres and above in England developed by the company in the 30 years prior to April 2022.
UK government secretary Michael Gove had given housebuilders a March deadline to sign up to the measures.
It is aimed at fixing cladding issues which came in to focus following the 2017 Grenfell Tower fire in London.
