Inland Homes In Management Services Deal For Ex-MoD Site

28th Nov 2013 14:44

LONDON (Alliance News) - Inland Homes PLC Thursday said it has signed a deal to manage a development of up to 300 homes on a former Ministry of Defence site in Buckinghamshire.

The deal, which is expected to be finalised by the end of March, has been signed with Inland Developments Ltd, a company controlled by funding partners of Inland Homes. Inland Homes didn't disclose any financial details.

Inland Developments recently bought the Wilton Park, Beaconsfield site from the MoD.

"As a business, Inland Homes has a great track record in delivering large scale projects such as this and looks forward to managing the development over the coming years in the same way as the development at Drayton Garden Village in West Drayton," said Chief Executive Stephen Wicks.

The stock was trading at 48.00 pence Thursday afternoon, down 0.38 pence or 0.8%.
