LONDON (Alliance News) - Inland Homes PLC on Thursday said that "due to matters beyond the company's control" the hearing for its planning application for the Cheshunt Lakeside development has been moved to March.
The application was due to be heard in mid-February.
The company however, said it continues to expect a resolution to grant approval for this major regeneration programme comprising of 1,853 dwellings together with 18,000 square metres of commercial space.
Inland submitted an outline planning application at Cheshunt Lakeside in Broxbourne, Hertfordshire, at the end of March 2018.
Furthermore, the company said that its site in Meppershall, Bedfordshire, has obtained a resolution to grant consent for 60 homes on a 5.9 acre site.
Inland Homes shares were trading up 1.3% at 61.60 pence each.
