(Alliance News) - InfraStrata PLC, which is developing a gas storage project in Northern Ireland, on Friday said it has appointed Clive Richardson as chair, effective from February 1.
Richardson was chief executive officer of ship management company V Group. Prior to that, he was chief operating officer for Europe at defence technology firm Qinetiq PLC, as well as chair of of Qinetiq Ventures.
Infrastrata Chief Executive John Wood said: "Clive has a demonstrable track record of adding serious value to businesses he is part of, so we are delighted that he has agreed to join our board as Chair. His wealth of experience and global network will be invaluable to InfraStrata as we focus on delivering significant contracts for our newly acquired Harland & Wolff assets and advancing our Islandmagee gas storage project in Northern Ireland."
Shares in Infrastrata were up 1.6% on Friday in London at 0.32 pence per share
