LONDON (Alliance News) - InfraStrata PLC, a company focused on the development of natural gas storage capacity, said Wednesday that Adrian Pocock is no longer a director of the company with immediate effect.
Pocock has been transitioning his previously held chief executive officer role to John Wood and the company is now confident that the orderly handover of day to day duties is now complete.
InfraStrata believes it is the right time to let the recently appointed executive team take the xompany forward.
Shares in the company were trading 1.0% lower at 0.61 pence each on Wednesday afternoon.
