LONDON (Alliance News) - Natural gas storage firm InfraStrata PLC on Thursday announced its current operations chief will become its new chief executive.
John Wood, currently the chief operations officer, will become InfraStrata's CEO.
Current CEO Adrian Pocock will remain as an executive director until the end of October to help with the handover, before becoming a non-executive director.
Non-Executive Chairman Graham Lyon said: "The whole board thanks Adrian for his contribution and leadership. Adrian has significantly advanced InfraStrata in his tenure as CEO, stabilising the company and instigating the front end engineering design.
"John Wood has shown dedication and tenacity in both his work and share purchases and we look forward to continued progress."
InfraStrata shares were 3.5% higher on Thursday at a price of 0.64 pence each.
