LONDON (Alliance News) - Publishing, events and information company Informa PLC on Wednesday said trading remains in line with its last update on October 20 and said it has sold two conference businesses in the Netherlands.
Informa, ahead of its Investor Day in Washington, DC, said no new trading information will be provide at the event, but said trading remains in line with its expectations.
The company added it has sold its two Dutch conference businesses, based in Amsterdam and Eindhoven, along with a small local publishing unit. No financial information on the sale was disclosed. The disposals are part of its portfolio management strategy.
