LONDON (Alliance News) - Infinity Energy SA on Thursday said it is in talks about acquiring 50% interest in 9 UK petroleum exploration and development licences in South Wales that are currently owned by Eden Energy Ltd in Australia.
There can be no guarantee that such acquisition will proceed, the company said.
Infinity Energy requested the suspension of its shares from London's AIM.
Shares in Infinity Energy were up 34% at 0.421 pence prior to suspension.
