(Alliance News) - Induction Healthcare Group PLC on Monday said it has promoted non-executive director Hugo Stephenson to chief executive and Shelley Fraser to the role of chief financial officer, effective immediately.
The health-focused technology firm said Stephenson is taking over the leadership role from Ibs Mahmood who will step into the newly-formed position of chief business officer.
Newly-appointed chief financial officer Fraser was appointed as finance head on an interim basis in August 2019 after Seb Jantet stepped down "by mutual agreement" after a year in the role.
"I am excited to be taking on the role of chief executive. Ibs has been excellent in the role throughout his tenure but given his track record in deal making and my long experience of product development, we will now redistribute our roles. Ibs will remain an integral part of the team as we implement our strategy and focus on the key areas to ensure our long-term growth, said Stephenson.
"I would also like to welcome Shelley as our permanent chief financial officer and full member of the board," he added.
Induction Healthcare stock was untraded on Monday afternoon in London, last quoted at 91.00 pence each.
