LONDON (Alliance News) - Indivior PLC on Friday said Non-Executive Director Yvonne Greenstreet has confirmed that she will retire at the end of March, after five years in the role.
The FTSE 250-listed company also confirmed that it has no current plans to recruit a successor to Greenstreet.
In addition, the pharmaceutical company said Non-Executive Director Tom McLellan will be appointed as chair of the Science & Policy Committee with effect from March 31.
McLellan has served as a member of the Science & Policy Committee since his appointment as a non-executive director in November 2014.
"Tom's extensive experience in the field of addiction spans more than 35 years as a career researcher in the treatment and policy-making around substance use and abuse and makes him a natural successor as committee chair," said Indivior Chair Howard Pien.
Indivior shares were trading 2.3% lower on Friday at 113.35 pence each.
