LONDON (Alliance News) - The Income & Growth VCT PLC Wednesday said cumulative total return per share rose over the first quarter, as it sold off its investment in Alaric Systems Ltd.
In a statement, the venture capital trust said its cumulative total return per share rose to 155.25 pence over the three months ended December 31, from 154.40 pence three months earlier.
In the quarter, the trust sold its investment in Alaric Systems, a payment processing and fraud prevention software provider, for about GBP2.6 million in cash. It originally cost GBP600,000.
Income & Growth VCT shares were Wednesday quoted at 102.11 pence, down 0.14 pence, or 0.1%.
