LONDON (Alliance News) - Inchcape PLC on Thursday said it appointed Jerry Buhlmann to replace outgoing Senior Independent Director Nigel Northridge, who will retire following the annual general meeting on May 23.
In addition, Inchcape said Non-Executive Director Coline McConville will retire at the end of July, having been the member of the board since 2014.
"I would like to thank Coline for her support and the sound remuneration advice provided to Inchcape over the last five years and I wish her every success for the future," said Chair Nigel Stein.
The car dealer said Northridge joined in 2009 and has been the senior independent director since May 2015.
Meanwhile, Buhlmann served as the chief executive of property management company Aegis Group PLC, and remained as CEO after its acquisition by Dentsu in 2013.
