LONDON (Alliance News) - Automotive dealer Inchcape PLC said Wednesday it has appointed former Compass Group PLC human resources chief Jane Kingston as non-executive director.
Kingston's appointment is immediate. She was human resources director at contract catering company Compass for ten years from 2006, and building materials firm BPB PLC before that.
Chairman Nigel Stein said: "We are delighted to welcome Jane to the Inchcape board. She brings complementary skills, including considerable international remuneration experience gained in both her executive and non-executive roles.
"Jane will be a valuable addition to the Inchcape board as our growth in faster growing emerging markets continues."
Shares were 0.4% lower on Wednesday at a price of 793 pence each.
