(Alliance News) - Legal & professional services provider Ince Group PLC on Tuesday said that ten partners and staff from law firm Bentleys, Stokes & Lowless will be joining Ince's shipping team.
A team of ten fee earners of the law firm will join the Ince office at Aldgate Tower, where they will work as part of Ince's maritime division, it said.
"Ince is a stalwart of the shipping world and we look forward to providing counsel to its impressive global client list whilst continuing to service our clients. Ince provides first class levels of service and I have no doubt that this deal will only enhance what our clients can expect," said Paul Griffiths, Senior Partner at Bentleys Stokes & Lowless.
Ince said the addition of the team to its company will strengthen its capabilities in the shipping industry and provide greater capacity and market share for its maritime law offer.

While we have a rich heritage in this area, we wanted to develop additional capacity to grow our client base and further increase our market share in this area," said Ince Chief Executive Adrian Biles.
Ince shares closed 2.6% lower at 45.60 pence each on Tuesday in London.
