LONDON (Alliance News) - Coca-Cola HBC, Sports Direct and Mondi will all move into the FTSE 100 blue-chip index from the start of trade on September 23, as predicted by Alliance News a week ago.
However, the stocks that are moving in and out of the main FTSE indices are experiencing mixed fortunes Thursday morning ahead of the changes.
Here is a run down of the stocks changing index, with Thursday morning's share price action:
FTSE 100 Inclusions
Coca-Cola HBC (ALL.CCH) - Trading down 2.7% at 1,863p after a strong recent run.
Sports Direct International (ALL.SPD) - Trading down 0.7% at 724p.
Mondi (ALL.MNGI) - Trading up 0.4% at 1,106p.
FTSE 100 Exclusions
Wood Group (ALL.WG) - Up 1% at 827p.
Eurasian Natural Resources (ALL.ENRC) - Up 0.1% at 220.1p.
Serco Group ALL.SRP) - Up 0.7% at 571.18p
FTSE 250 Inclusions, other than those excluded from the FTSE 100
Partnership Assurance Group - Up 0.7% at 428.81p.
Al Noor Hospitals - Up 0.2% at 804.5p
Entertainment One - Up 0.7% at 224.15p.
Greencore Group - Down 0.5% at 149.25p
FTSE 250 Exclusions, other than those included in the FTSE 100
Bumi - Down 0.37% at 213.9p.
Anite - Down 1.4% at 121.5p
JPMorgan Indian Inv Trust - Down 0.3% at 321.5p.
Salamander Energy - Up 0.8% at 126p
