Zinnwald Lithium PLC - High Wycombe, England-based mineral exploration and development company - Intends to raise at least GBP4.0 million through a placing of shares at a price of 15.5 pence each.
Will also look to raise extra funds via a retail offer via PrimaryBid.com.
Proceeds from the fundraising will go towards advancing the company's Zinnwald Lithium project in Germany towards a bankable feasibility study for lithium hydroxide and explore the potential to expand the scope of the project, including drilling and testwork.
Oberon Capital is acting as broker for the placing.
