Zenith Energy Ltd - Africa-focused oil & gas producer - Announces the completion of a private placement in Norway raising NOK7.2 million, around GBP604,000. Says it issued a total of 90 million shares at an issue price of NOK0.08 per share. Along with the completion of an alternative private placement in Norway in July of approximately GBP260,00, the collective proceeds will help fund the firm's acquisition campaign in Africa and be used towards general working capital purposes.
