XPS Pensions Group PLC - London-based pensions consultancy - Agrees to buy business - including all staff and contracts - and certain assets of Manchester-based Michael J Field Consulting Actuaries, a self-invested personal pensions and small self administered scheme provider, for up to GBP3.8 million. Consideration comprises up to GBP2.3 million on completion and contingent consideration of up to GBP1.5 million. Deal is expected to complete in February.
