Xpediator PLC - freight management services in UK and eastern Europe - Founder Stephen Blyth steps down as chief executive officer from Friday but remains as non-executive deputy chair. Blyth, who started Xpediator 32 years ago, last summer had announced plans to step down but stayed on due to the Covid-19 crisis. However, "given health concerns, Stephen has decided that now is the right time for him to spend more time with his family," Xpediator said Friday. Chief Financial Officer Robert Ross and Danor Ionescu, chief operating officer of Logistics Romania, will split CEO duties until a permanent replacement is found.
