Wynnstay Properties PLC - London-based property investor - Property income in year to March 25 slips to GBP2.1 million from GBP2.3 million the year before. Profit, before property fair value adjustments, improves slightly to GBP1.2 million.
Net asset value per share ends year at 911.0 pence from 792p at the same point the year before. Loan-to-value ratio slides to 29.4% from 36.5%.
Chair Philip Collins says: "The Covid-19 pandemic and the resulting measures and restrictions imposed by the government have had a profound impact on many aspects of business and economic activity.
"At Wynnstay, we have adapted our operations, risen to these challenges and worked constructively with our tenants, suppliers and professional advisers. As a result, I am delighted to report that Wynnstay has come through the year unscathed, in robust health and with excellent financial performance for shareholders."
