IN BRIEF: Wife Of DeepVerge CEO Sells Shares To Buy Into Microsaic

8th Feb 2021 13:22

DeepVerge PLC - York-based skin product test services company formerly known as Integumen PLC - Dagmara Brandon, wife of Chief Executive Gerry Brandon, sells 194,942 shares at average 32.05 pence, worth GBP62,481, on Thursday last week. Gerry Brandon's holding remains unchanged at 8.2 million shares, a 4.8% stake. Dagmara Brandon's holding "inadvertently" was not included in the CEO's reported interest since being bought in November 2018 at a price equivalent to 6.5p, when taking into account DeepVerge's recent 10 into 1 share consolidation.

Gerry Brandon said wife is using the GBP50,000 sale proceeds to buy 50.0 million shares of Microsaic Systems PLC, as part of Microsaic's recent share placing. The Woking, England-based developer of mass spectrometry instruments raised GBP5 million last month in a placing of 5 billion shares at 0.1 pence and hired Gerry Brandon as non-executive chair.
