TruFin PLC - London-based operator of fintech and banking businesses - Watrium AS takes a stake of just over 21% in TruFin as Arrowgrass Master Fund Ltd reduces its own holding to just below 20%. Arrowgrass said on Friday said it sold 43.5 million TruFin shares at 45 pence each, representing a stake of just under 54%. The GBP19.6 million placing was run by Liberum Capital Ltd. Arrowgrass retains a 19.99% stake. On Monday, TruFin said in a stock market announcement that Watrium now has a 21.02% shareholding. In a similar announcement back in September, TruFin said Watrium had a 10.19% stake. Oslo-based Watrium describes itself as an investor engaged in "active, long-term ownership of a global financial portfolio, industrial assets and top-tier commercial property in central business districts."
