Warehouse REIT PLC - real estate investment trust focused on 'last mile' industrial warehouses in urban areas of the UK - Concludes sale of two distribution estates for GBP29.5 million. One is a vacant 92,000 square metre feet warehouse with a high office component, bought by an unnamed occupier for GBP15.0 million. The other is Temple House, sold for GBP14.5 million. Says the disposals come after the GBP13.9 million of sales announced in November, taking total disposals to GBP54.7 million in the second half of the year.
Additionally, Warehouse REIT says it has reduced portfolio vacancy through active asset management initiatives and disposals, increasing the portfolio occupancy to 95.9% as at February 28 from 92.7% as at November 7.
Current stock price: 96.11 pence, up 3.3% on Thursday morning in London
