Videndum PLC - London-based hardware and software for broadcasters, film studios and other content creation - Names Sean Glithero as chief financial officer, with immediate effect. Sean Glithero has previously been CFO of Auto Trader Group PLC, Funding Circle Holdings PLC, Matchesfashion and, most recently, Asos PLC.
This follows the appointment of former Bodycote PLC Chief Executive Officer Stephen Harris to executive chair in May, and the decision of Stephen Bird to step down from the role of Videndum CEO with immediate effect. Stephen Bird had been CEO of the company since 2009. Videndum has begun the search for a new CEO and is due to publish a trading update in November.
