Victoria Oil & Gas PLC - gas producer and distibutor with operations in Cameroon - Agrees settlement over unpaid invoices with Eneo Cameroon SA, which will pay Victoria XAF2.74 billion, equivalent to USD5.0 million. Amounts invoiced to Eneo were fully provided for in most recent results, for the half-year ended June 2020. Victoria has now recovered four out of the ten outstanding invoices as of July 2020. Eneo has now paid all amounts invoiced by Victoria.
