Vertu Capital Ltd - Malaysia-based investment firm - Completes fundraise of GBP240,000 through the issue of 24.0 million shares at a price of 1.0 pence each. The placing was at a discount of 24% to the closing price of shares on Wednesday, being the last dealing date prior to the pricing of this transaction. The fundraise is to provide additional capital for the company to pursue its investment strategy.
Current stock price: 1.20p, down 7.7% on Friday
Year-to-date change: up from 0.35p on December 31
