Venture Life Group PLC - Berkshire-based developer, manufacturer and distributor of self-care products such as Dentyl mouthwash and Rosa Calma rosacea products - Says it has appointed a new Chinese partner for its oral care brands, Dentyl and UltraDEX. The company will partner with Samarkand Group PLC for an initial contract term of 5 years on an exclusive basis.
Venture Life said its previous Chinese partner had disappointed against expected level of sales since the start of the pandemic and, in the absence of any improvement in the second half of 2021, made the decision to terminate the agreement with the previous partner in search of another.
