Venture Life Group PLC - Berkshire, England-based self-care product manufacturer and distributor - Notes that 26% of its shareholders voted against the approval of resolution six at its annual general meeting on Monday, which would authorise directors to allot shares in the company. 36% of its shareholders also vote against resolution seven, which proposed that if resolution six passed, directors would be authorised to allot equity securities for cash.
