Velocys PLC - Oxford, England-based developer of technology to produce synthetic fuels and specialty products - Has jointly agreed to extend the current option agreement with International Consolidated Airlines Group SA's British Airways for the Altalto project to March 31, 2022. Exercise of option would give both parties equal equity ownership of Altalto Ltd and the right to appoint a director. Velocys says Altalto to apply for UK grant for sustainable aviation fuel, with the result on July 31.
