Vela Technologies PLC - AIM-listed investment firm - Raises GBP1.5 million via Peterhouse Capital through a placing of 1.67 billion of new shares at a price of 0.0900 pence each. The placing price represents a premium of 2.9% to the closing price of 0.0875p per share on Monday. The net proceeds of the placing will be used to take advantage of investment opportunities and for general working capital purposes.
Current stock price: 0.0860p for GBP10.4 million market capitalisation
Year-to-date change: up 7.9%
