Van Elle Holdings PLC - Kirkby-In-Ashfield, England-based ground engineering contractor - Says long-standing dispute has been resolved and settled within the group's insured limits of cover. The dispute relates to a piling project completed in 2012. Van Elle previously had said it considered it "probable" that any potential financial impact would be limited to the excess payment required under its insurance policy, and this had already been provided for.
