Urban Logistics REIT PLC - London-based logistics-focused real estate investment trust - Acquires five logistics assets for GBP33.1 million total at a blended 6.4% net initial yield. Assets are located in Ripon, Braintree, Oxford, Exeter, and Warrington. Ripon distribution unit acquired for GBP2.9 million from Xpediator PLC at 6.25% net initial yield, with Braintree distribution warehouse acquired for GBP11.2 million at 5.25% net initial yield. Oxford distribution warehouse acquired for GBP9.1 million at 6.6% net initial yield; Exeter unit acquired for GBP5.1 million at 8.0% net initial yield; and Warrington warehouse acquired for GBP4.8 million at 7.4% net initial yield. Urban Logistics set to announce interim results for six months ended September 30 on Thursday this week.
