Upland Resources Ltd - London-based oil and gas company - Amends Sarawak capital raise, due to strong demand following its announcement on Tuesday. Management will now forego its participation in this financing to allow new shareholders to invest.
The company completed a capital raise of GBP310,000 via placing on October 25, completed at zero discount to the closing bid price and arranged by Optiva Securities Ltd. Director Bolhassan Di and management subscribed for a total of GBP50,000 in the fundraise.
