Universe Group PLC - Southampton, Hampshire-based retail management, payment and loyalty systems - Executive Chair Andrew Blazye sells 2.8 million shares at 5.00 pence, worth GBP140,000, on Tuesday. The shares were sold to other Universe Group directors, including Chief Executive Officer Neil Radley, who took 2.0 million of the shares. Non-Executive Director Malcolm Coster bought 400,000 shares, while Chief Financial Officer Adrian Wilding and Non-Executive Director Ivan Brooks bought 200,000 each. Blazye continues to hold 20.3 million shares, a 7.8% stake. The purchases are the only holding for Radley and Wilding, both of whom are new to Universe Group this year, while Coster now has 2.8 million shares and Brooks has 400,000.
