UK Oil & Gas PLC - London-based oil & gas firm - Says Loxley Gas project is to be readdressed at a future planning committee meeting. Back in June, Surrey County Council refused to grant the company appraisal for Loxley, with the company sending a complaint letter outlining procedural and legal issues that occurred during the meeting that could have affected the decision. SCC's monitoring officer recorded over 100 similar complaints alleging procedural irregularities. UKOG expects the project to be redetermined at a planning committee meeting on September 17. Shares rose 35% on Monday on the news.
