UK Oil & Gas PLC - the London-based exploration & production company - Completes the purchase of the Horse Hill surface production equipment from PW Well Test Ltd. The equipment was bough for GBP1.7 million. The initial payment of GBP550,000 has now been made to PW, comprising GBP275,000 in cash and GBP275,000 via the issue of 131.0 million UK Oil & Gas shares at 0.2099p per share.
