IN BRIEF: Two long-term shareholders reduce stakes in Helios Towers

Helios Towers PLC - London-headquartered telecom tower owner - Newlight Partners LP and RIT Capital Partners PLC each sell 18.8 million shares in Helios at GBP1.15 apiece, worth GBP43.2 million in total. The price is as announced after the London market close on Tuesday. Following the placing, which is led by investment banks Merrill Lynch and Jefferies, Newlight will hold a 13.2% stake in the Helios Towers, while RIT will own 3.2%. Newlight and RIT hadn't sold any shares in Helios Towers since the company's initial public offer in 2019.

Current stock price: 113.25 pence, down 8.1% in London early Wednesday for GBP1.20 billion market capitalisation.
