Trellus Health PLC - White Plains, New York-based digital health platform for complex chronic conditions - Confirms on Tuesday it expects market capitalisation of GBP64.6 million ahead of AIM listing on Friday. Prices initial public offering at 40 pence each, with 161.5 million shares in issue.
London-listed EKF Diagnostics Holdings PLC made a USD5 million investment in Trellus in August 2020.
