Trellus Health PLC - White Plains, New York-based digital health platform for complex chronic conditions - Announces management services organisation agreement with Connected Health Medicine PC, a state licensed Professional Corporation that will provide multidisciplinary patient care services via telehealth. Trellus Health will provide technology and administrative services to Connected Health.
Chief Executive Officer Monique Fayad comments: "People living with chronic conditions are often left alone to self-manage in between doctor visits while navigating an array of procedures, tests, medications, and worsening symptoms, which drives high rates of anxiety, depression, and diminished quality of life. We believe that by using the TrellusElevate platform and validated GRITTTM methodology, Connected Health will deliver the first of its kind resilience-based approach to allow the whole individual to emerge along a pathway to recovery."
Current stock price: 64.45 pence, up 61% from May's initial public offering price of 40.00p.
