Trackwise Designs PLC - Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire-based products using printed circuit technology - Raises GBP6.0 million from offer of 7.5 million shares at 80 pence each. Also plans open offer to existing shareholders of up to 1.3 million shares at the same price to raise another GBP1 million. Says cash raised will be used to complete the fit out of its Stonehouse facility, which is expected to be producing Trackwise's Improved Harness Technology products by the end of the first quarter of next year, with full operations by June. The site is being readied to serve an undisclosed electric vehicle original equipment manufacturer customer.
