Tower Resources PLC - Africa-focused oil and gas company - Says Energy Exploration Capital Partners LLC requests it issue 102.5 million shares for the price of 0.12 pence each, worth GBP123,000. EECP has pre-paid USD150,000 amid a wider placing of USD6 million in shares by Tower Resources with EECP in mid-January. Says application for placing shares to be admitted to trading on AIM in London has been made, with admission expected to take place on or around Tuesday next week.
