Tortilla Mexican Grill PLC - London-based restaurant chain specialising in Mexican cuisine - Acquires Mexican restaurant chain Chilango Ltd for GBP2.8 million from investment firm RDCP Group Ltd. GBP250,000 of this consideration is to be paid through an earn-out as the company meets certain unspecified criteria. Says the acquisition will accelerate its expansion across the UK. Company plans to open 45 sites over the next five years.
