TomCo Energy PLC - London-based oil shale exploration firm - Working with joint venture partner Valkor to finalise planned upgrades to the Petroteq Energy existing oil sands plant in Utah. Believes it will take around three months to complete the upgrade works to the plant. Says it is unaware of any reason for Friday's share price increase of 35%.
