TomCo Energy PLC - London-based fund manager - Raises GBP1.5 million through placing of 375 million shares at 0.4 pence each. New cash will be used to pursue the development of an oil sands plant at Asphalt Ridge, Utah. Following admission, TomCo will have 650.8 million shares in issue.
