Tissue Regenix Group PLC - Leeds-based regenerative medical devices - Intends to appoint Brian Phillips and Trevor Phillips as independent non-executive directors. Notes the two are not related. Meanwhile, Alan Miller and Randeep Grewal step down as non-executive directors, effective immediately. Brian Philips co-founded Ethos partners in 2018. Ethos helps individual investors build private equity portfolios. Prior to Ethos, he was chief investment officer at Greenhill Capital Partners Europe LLP. Trevor Phillips currently is chair of respiratory monitoring firm NEPeSMO. Previously he was executive chair of former AIM listing hVivo and chief operating officer of FTSE 250 drug delivery products firm Vectura Group PLC.
